Online Store: GnKapps shall allow you to purchase licenses through the online store. Any item shall be sold under a specific license and each item you purchase will be associated with unique license key.
Updates: GnKapps may provide you with updates for the product offered. These updates can be implemented with your discretion, by updating the files and database on your server.
License Key: Every customer who purchases our product is provided with a license key that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers and extra resources for the product offered. This license key is a property of GnKapps. You are free to use it on your own website. You can also use it on websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However sharing the license key with any third party is not allowed.
Knowledge Base: GnKapps shall provide with certain manuals, articles and tutorials that will help you use the licensed product. Most of these are available free of cost, while GnKapps holds the authority to charge for some additional documents.
PAYMENTS
For all the services and products offered by GnKapps, you will have to pay the specified fees as published on the respective websites from time to time. The payment shall be made via different available payment modes and in any case where you purchase a subscription, the billing shall be made under a recurring subscription.
GnKapps may from time to time determine or update the pricing for particular products and services.
All GnKapps products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This is applicable for all paid products, unless otherwise states; and the ones that come with a lifetime license which do not require renewals.
A recurring license will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels the subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

REFUND POLICY AND LICENSE CANCELLATIONS
We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that our product isn’t working as expected, you can contact us for a refund within 15 days after your first purchase. We’ll be happy to refund the entire amount.
WARRANTY
Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
After your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information. Your license key will be made available in your account area along with your downloads. These terms of service shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA and any dispute arising from this agreement shall be exclusively brought to the courts of Delaware.
Our Story
In late 2011, the desire for a self-employed lifestyle tempted Greg to pursue a freelance journey as a professional web designer and developer. In 2015 Greg married his best friend Kemy who has a solid background in customer care and marketing. Later on, the budding WordPress market prompted the couple to boldly quit their day job to launch their own design and development business: Greg as the technical lead and Kemy assuming the full-time role of Operations Director – encompassing support, marketing, and business development.
Flourishing Business But No Better Work-Life Balance
With a client-based service business model came struggles. Growth was coming from the wrong direction. The success of designing websites brought in so much work, that it started eating time away from our most important things in life, thus no longer fit with our lifestyle goals.
Our Definition of Success
Obviously part of it is financial because a business needs to bring in enough income to allow you to take a step back and pursue a better lifestyle. However, it’s much more than that because the most important thing in life for us, is to be happy.
This means that a truly successful business must be structured and managed in a way that allows you to work when you want, but not all the time. The rest of the time, you need to be able to do other things that are important to you, such as spending time with family and friends.
A Crucial Turning Point
With over 10 years experience designing and developing WordPress websites, we have created unique plugins that solve specific problems for store owners.
We had worked with many plugins of varying quality and We were painfully aware how important – and how difficult – it is to find robust, well-coded plugins that are reliable and with features that effectively respond to website owners’ needs…
The Decision
After some thought, the decision was made to focus on building and selling WordPress plugins.
Until 2020, we were a typical WordPress design and development agency, spending most of our time designing clients’ websites. In early 2021 we made the transition to develop and sell plugins.
A Solid Long-Term Decision
We’re not a high profile company. Since we sell such niche plugins, the vast majority of our customers have never heard of us before. However, We are confident that our new plugin business will be successful and grow over time!
We don’t give up working!
We can’t imagine going back to a traditional 9 to 5 job, with no choice over when or where to work, however, We still work hard, and even work while on vacation to keep on top of plugin support!
So for us achieving success isn’t giving up work completely – it’s having the freedom and flexibility to choose your work and not be a slave to it.
